I Travelled down from Hertfordshire on Tuesday to have a bike measurement fit for my upcoming iron man. Would like to say everything was seamless! The booking and emails were replied to fast, I was offered a cup of tea when I arrived and all the advice and tweaks to my bike has made a huge difference to my cycling. Thanks so much guys!

I first came to Gorilla Firm for a recall on my Cannondale forks, and thought to myself “my next bike is coming from here!”. When the time came, I initially had a consultation with Linds about the kind of riding I did, riding style and budget. He talked me through the frame options available, as well as the pros and cons of each groupset and wheels. Once I’d chosen, I had a thorough bike fit - comparing my ‘current’ bike to see what adjustments were needed. Once the bike was built, I was given a complete walkthrough of it - every bolt and component. And of course, the bike was flawless. Throughout the whole process Justine kept me fully informed at each step. I wouldn’t buy a bike from anywhere else.
