• Order Confirmation Custom builds aren’t off-the-shelf. We finalize your order, confirm availability and lead times, and ensure a transparent process so expectations are met.
• Precision Build Once all components have arrived, we assemble your bike with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a high-performance ride tailored to you. When complete, we arrange collection at your convenience.
• Collection When you pick up your bike, we walk you through every aspect—torque settings, care, maintenance, warranty, and bedding in—so you get the best from your ride.
• First Service After about six weeks, we bring you back for a thorough check-up to ensure your bike is performing at its best. We’re here for the long haul, supporting you every step of the way.
